Q: How do I book?

A: Click the service tab... Pick the number of locs you have and then pick the service you would like! Make sure to add on extra services!! Examples: acessories, wax color, loc attachment, etc.

Q: Do I need to send a deposit? How much and where?

A: ONLY IF THIS IS THE FIRST or SECOND TIME you booked with us! send a 10$ Deposit to cashapp $NaturaleeTwistedLLC.please put your name and date of appointment in memo!

Q: Do I need to come washed ?

A: NO, we wash and give steaming treatment at the beggining of the service! We use a chemical free clarifying and moisturizing shampoo!

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located on the west side of INDY

Q: DO you service Children and can I bring my children to my appointment?

A: Yes I service children as long as they will sit and not fight. Crying is okay! Yes children can come to the appointment as long as they can sit!

Q: DO I need a consultation?

A: Only for Loc combining, Instant locs, Loc repairs, Loc reattachments, Loc comb outs, loc extensions, and permanently adding hair to your locs!

Q; Do you color?

A: No we do not use any chemicals but we do offer color wax!

Q: Do you have a late policy ?

A: After 20 mins of being late we will have to reschedule! If you are a fillin after 10 MINS we will have to reschedule!

 

Q: How do you accept the remaining balance due?

A: Card debit or credit, touch PAY, and cash. CASH ONLY FOR FILL INS

 

Q: Are there extra fees for rescheduling or being late?

A: No, we do not charge extra for that.

 

Q: Does hair come with the services?
A: Yes hair is included with hair added services! With the exception of the human hair for boho style and quick weaves. We do sale human hair contact for info.
